USThey keep taking my money for sites I can't cancel I have tried several times to contact spruz about charging me every month for 2 sites that I have deleted and canceled, months ago, I deleted and canceled one of them that is nothing but a blank error page to a site I can't even open,it's like being in the twilight zone, nobody to contact, phone number that is no longer in service, emails that fail when I try messaging anyone at spruz....stop taking my money for sites I don't use!!!!!! USSpruz cares about their customers Getting in on close to the beginning of the establishment of this site was interesting in many ways. There were obstacles to overcome, errors that needed to be corrected and perks that we asked to be added for our social site for seniors to work as smoothly as possible for the older generation. Any issues that I had in 'building' my site were addressed by the Spruz tech team and were either added or corrected in a timely manner. The tech team was easy to work with and they listened to my complaints and suggestions and offered advice and help where needed. While there are a few minor issues to be worked out, I am confident that they will be handled with care and expertise. Some problems were solved in a matter of hours and others that were of a more technical issue only took a couple of days. I am glad I made the decision to join in on their new platform and would recommend them to anyone that wants to work with a site that cares and are eager to please. My senior social community was easy to set up using Spruz' preset tools and they were on hand to help with anything I didn't understand, or wanted to be added or changed. The only reason I didn't give them a 5-star review is that it is still in the development stage.
