GBJust two thoughts * I understand I'm not the one who should be the critic here, but some proofreaders' work doesn't look really professional. * Have you ever thought about adding an option like "allow reformulation" to give proofreaders more freedom in editing texts?

GBSuper easy and fast! Great for work or study I use fluent.express all the time for work! Super easy and very fast. I just put the text and get edits from editors in a couple of minutes 👍🏻

GBUX is a bit confusing Overall this site is helpful, and I plan to use occasionally. However, UX is a bit confusing. There were several times I ended up paying twice for the same text. Also customer service is not so responsive. Response is slow and they don't seem to take responsibility.
