SVFalse Advertisement/Stolen Data They never gave me what i paid for they lied about their Services provided. They suspended my account Under the 5 day window. Then when I went to request my data they decided to hold it hostage. 10 minutes later they decided to delete my data when I told them I wanted to move my data to another hosting company. Then I was mocked for using the trial. I bought the most expensive cpanel reseller hosting they had and they never gave me the resources that they offered stay away from these crooks.

I know he would respond and tell me that it's cloud bla bla bla... hence it's down while writing this review SECURITY: They are not doing anything to protect there customers.. They use a server infested with viruses, check his Imunify account and you will see. How can you trust someone who his domain was stolen lol... too much of security SUPPORT: EXTREMELY slow... they respond after a day or two with the most stupidest response, it's always respond to half of your ticket support. Simply horrible and no sense of customer service (be nice when you respond) PRICES: Decent, but there are better else where NOT AMERICAN This company is not American, no business records were found in Florida, you will start with Spanish language once you sign up any how, this company is horrible and NOT reliable... stay away from them

They picked up the phone and promised to answer the ticket as soon as possible. Instead, the day has passed. No one responded to the ticket. The support service does not pick up the phone, ignoring emails, Facebook Messenger - everywhere. The problem is still unresolved. Do not order anything from this hosting / domain provider.
