UAThe worst service in the world. The worst service in the world. I called yesterday because we did not receive a reply in ticket to the support service. They picked up the phone and promised to answer the ticket as soon as possible. Instead, the day has passed. No one responded to the ticket. The support service does not pick up the phone, ignoring emails, Facebook Messenger - everywhere. The problem is still unresolved. Do not order anything from this hosting / domain provider.

GBI purchased their hosting I purchased their hosting, which was okay, but not what it said in the description. After doing some research, I found out he owned JixHost and just changed the name because of the bad reviews. He is desperate for sales; he sells on eBay, which you know overcrowds the servers. Also, reading online, he is good at removing negative reviews, so you might not see this. Also I am not saying his service does not work, just a little shady on his listings.
