I think that this company is just a brand of a bigger hosting organization and they aren't paying attention to the billing system. It is broken. I've opened tickets on this which they ignored for over a week. I used the contact us form on the page, same thing. They never respond. Absolutely useless and garbage hosts.

Iofort is really unprofessional hosting… Iofort is really unprofessional hosting provider that bullies their customers by refusing to return their intellect property, website content and database. Be careful before choosing them as they don’t even have a legitimate registered company and directors. They hide their company details and you will never be able to find the identity of their company owners and directors. If you don’t believe me then try to google their company name and find their legal company details. It’s nowhere to be found. Would you want to host your website with a faceless company that doesn’t even have their company registration and address published?
