USdon`t like your service have some troubles with customer service as they at first didn`t answer my calls and then spoke to me in a rude way.

USNot so Good RebelFone: Took 2 days and emails and calls to get my phone/sim card to work in Europe. They told me they would contact me sometime after I arrived in Europe to make sure my phone was working. They did not. The Europe follow me service to the USA did not work. They refused to issue credits for the calls I made to the US. The people on the other end could not hear me or the voices were garbled. They said it was not their fault is was a carrier problem. They fail to understand that I purchased the service from them.

USThank you guys @ Rebelfone Inc. I called Rebelfone at the last minute when the other network ditched me just 2 days prior my Australia trip. I was in real mess. I crossed my fingers and tried to get it from rebelfone and these guys made it possible. They worked too fast on my order and fortunately I collected my sim the day of my departure. It was pre activated and customer care people helped throughout on how to start with it and how to use it. And they are equally good with their post services. Immediately collected my card and I was through with invoice. Had rebelfone guys not helped me that day, I would had been in a major fix. Thank you guys. You are life saver.

INI received all the help from Rebelfone Excellent service and fast delivery, quite impressive! The customer care center people were quite helpful and explained the entire working and call rates to me as I was a bit confused about the rates. My Italy trip was enjoyable and I could call anybody without thinking twice about the rates! Totally Recommended.
