This company is a Big SCAM! This company is the biggest scam!! They make promises in developing a web site and after I detailed my requirements, they made promises that they never fulfilled. They required a $399 down payment to hold my pricing and as a commitment to the project. After gathering and submitting my photographs and text for the project, they then asked for the balance of $1500. When I told them that I would pay at the completion of the project, they told me they would not be able to complete the project until payment was received. What could I do? They already received my $399. So I paid the balance. But they never gave me a web site with my texts and pictures. All the sample web sites they showed me had pictures that I never submitted. I complained that they needed to use my pictures and text. So finally, I complained to Apple Card who allowed me to dispute the charge but in the end Apple decided in their favor. I keep asking Apple ‘where is the web site they made for me?’ There is no web site. I repeatedly have asked to speak to the owner of this web designing company. I have never been put in contact an owner. Finally, a Steven Grey made me a lot of promises if I would only reverse my dispute with Apple Credit Card. When I asked for a written confirmation of all the promises he was making me, he told me I would first have to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement. I would not consent to that and they stopped communicating. Additionally, this company has such a big turn over, none of the original workers are there any longer. Arthur Murphy, gone. Frank Brown, gone. Steven Grey, gone. (Steven Grey contacted me after leaving Creative Web Developerz and informed me that he was working for another company, and sent me his contact in case I needed a web designer!) Be aware and do not give this company a dime until you receive a completed project. (And don’t think for a moment that Apple Credit Card will back you on this.) It was a costly mistake that my small business has had to endure. Live and learn and move on. The important thing is to learn.(I will be looking into getting an attorney and pre-suing this in court).
