GBKeep charging after cancelation I called to disconnect the account with Speed Talk in 2022. They kept debiting my credit card. Unfortunately I don't use that acc so often and I saw this year in February 2023 that they kept charging me, I called for the second time to cancel, one lady guided me to cancel it online, i just checked my bank account and they still charging me nov 2023. I just called again to cancel for the third time, and a guy guided me to cancel the plan online, and he told me in February I use the wrong option(which was their own agent that guided me wrong) Now they are saying that I can't qualify for a refund. In my opinion they are dishonest. Don't fall for it.

GBBought the IoT SIM for Hotspot internet… Bought the IoT SIM for Hotspot internet at home from Amazon. It came quickly. I installed it into my Cudy N300 4G router. It was easy to activate and is working flawlessly for high speed internet wifi here at home. I selected the 3G/month plan for a year. I'm extremely happy!

GBDIFFICULT TO CANCEL I bought this data plan for my smartwatch. After a few months the payments went up three times the amount! When I called customer service to cancel, they told to go to the website. Well, the website has a glitch that you have to prove you're not a robot by entering in a special character; however it won't let you put in the character, which means you can't process the request! I don't like when companies make it too easy to get you in, but extremely difficult to let you out! JUST CANCEL the contract and have integrity about allowing people to cancel, instead of using glitches to keep us from cancelling!!!!

GBSIM card Ordered a SIM card. Fast shipping. Card would not activate, I sent a request to look into the problem, 2 hours later they sent an email requesting that I try activation again. Problem solved, no hassle, great service.

GBStole my money! Not only is the service terrible, but they steal your money. When you leave, they refuse to refund the money you have in your "mobile wallet" to automatically pay for any overages. If you do make the mistake of going with this service, avoid putting money in the mobile wallet - you won't get it back.
