GBHorrible experience with company Horrible experience with company. Tried to cancel one month to find that I was being charged again this month. Explained in previous month that my device had not been working for some time and just wanted pending charge to be canceled. Unfortunately, I was told that I was not eligible for a refund even though no minutes had been used. Definitely would not recommend service. Too much of a hassle just to cancel plan or stop auto. Customer service isn't the best.

GBKeep charging after cancelation I called to disconnect the account with Speed Talk in 2022. They kept debiting my credit card. Unfortunately I don't use that acc so often and I saw this year in February 2023 that they kept charging me, I called for the second time to cancel, one lady guided me to cancel it online, i just checked my bank account and they still charging me nov 2023. I just called again to cancel for the third time, and a guy guided me to cancel the plan online, and he told me in February I use the wrong option(which was their own agent that guided me wrong) Now they are saying that I can't qualify for a refund. In my opinion they are dishonest. Don't fall for it.

GBDoes what it says, good reception and data coversge Bought on line and was up and running in 3 days from ordering. Would highly recommend. Reception is great for both signal and mobile data. Been using for 2 weeks and all is good. Using in East Tennessee area.

GBYour CC will be stolen I canceled in Jan of 2023 after my CC number was stolen to purchase an iPhone. Today they are still trying to charge my card luckily I’ve changed all my cards.
