I also contacted them by phone and recieved excellent service. I recommend SpeedTalk.com GPS SIM card monthly plan.

Stole my money! Not only is the service terrible, but they steal your money. When you leave, they refuse to refund the money you have in your "mobile wallet" to automatically pay for any overages. If you do make the mistake of going with this service, avoid putting money in the mobile wallet - you won't get it back.
