HTBeware of SpeedTalk scams I bought a prepaid SIM card to use for a month. They required a credit card to active and then "auto-enrolled" me in a monthly charge for service. When I noticed it they would not do anything about it, in spite of the fact that I had not used the service.

GBAbsolute garbage Absolute garbage. Beware, if you are trying to cancel your auto-renew, do it before 6 days before your plan should expire as they charge you for the next month anyway and will not under any reason, issue a refund, even if you talk to their supervisors. Do not use this company when there are so many others to choose from.

GBSpeedtalk mobile is so easy to use Speedtalk mobile is so easy to use. I would like for them to expand their coverage areas to improve the service. There’s times my signal will get knocked out for hours in certain towns in rural Florida. Otherwise I love the cheap plan options that fit anyone’s budget and the easy to use platform. The fact that you can get them on Amazon is even better!

GBSim card worked!!!! The sim card worked and the instructions were simple. I tried 4 different sim card brands and Speedtalk Mobile was the first one to actually work. When I called Speedtalk prior to buying the sim card, the customer service was terrific.

GBHorrible experience with company Horrible experience with company. Tried to cancel one month to find that I was being charged again this month. Explained in previous month that my device had not been working for some time and just wanted pending charge to be canceled. Unfortunately, I was told that I was not eligible for a refund even though no minutes had been used. Definitely would not recommend service. Too much of a hassle just to cancel plan or stop auto. Customer service isn't the best.
