GBDIFFICULT TO CANCEL I bought this data plan for my smartwatch. After a few months the payments went up three times the amount! When I called customer service to cancel, they told to go to the website. Well, the website has a glitch that you have to prove you're not a robot by entering in a special character; however it won't let you put in the character, which means you can't process the request! I don't like when companies make it too easy to get you in, but extremely difficult to let you out! JUST CANCEL the contract and have integrity about allowing people to cancel, instead of using glitches to keep us from cancelling!!!!

GBKeep charging after cancelation I called to disconnect the account with Speed Talk in 2022. They kept debiting my credit card. Unfortunately I don't use that acc so often and I saw this year in February 2023 that they kept charging me, I called for the second time to cancel, one lady guided me to cancel it online, i just checked my bank account and they still charging me nov 2023. I just called again to cancel for the third time, and a guy guided me to cancel the plan online, and he told me in February I use the wrong option(which was their own agent that guided me wrong) Now they are saying that I can't qualify for a refund. In my opinion they are dishonest. Don't fall for it.

GBSim card worked!!!! The sim card worked and the instructions were simple. I tried 4 different sim card brands and Speedtalk Mobile was the first one to actually work. When I called Speedtalk prior to buying the sim card, the customer service was terrific.

GBLike many others my credit card used to… Like many others my credit cards used to refill my plan on speed talk were hacked. Yes plural! Contacted them and they insist the platform is secure. File formal complaints because they don't have any intention to secure their system.

GBStole my money! Not only is the service terrible, but they steal your money. When you leave, they refuse to refund the money you have in your "mobile wallet" to automatically pay for any overages. If you do make the mistake of going with this service, avoid putting money in the mobile wallet - you won't get it back.
