There’s times my signal will get knocked out for hours in certain towns in rural Florida. Otherwise I love the cheap plan options that fit anyone’s budget and the easy to use platform. Horrible experience with company Horrible experience with company. Tried to cancel one month to find that I was being charged again this month. Explained in previous month that my device had not been working for some time and just wanted pending charge to be canceled. Unfortunately, I was told that I was not eligible for a refund even though no minutes had been used. Definitely would not recommend service. Too much of a hassle just to cancel plan or stop auto. Customer service isn't the best.
