GBWorst customer support ever Worst. Customer. Support. Ever. They say stuff like “thanks for the patience” and “don’t panic if it takes a while for support to contact you” because the support is TERRIBLE and unbelievable unresponsive. You’d be better off just cancelling your service when an issue arises rather than asking support. Want a single email without any really help once every 24-48 hours? Then you’ve come to the right place. Just horrible service.

RUGo Buildstore! I am one of the happy users and I know we are many, but we don’t post or comment much. So here is my review: Buildstore works! The apps are updated all the time, you can request an app update, you can request an app (I did and they added it within a week), support guys always reply (before they helped in Twitter DMs a lot, but not anymore), I got under revoke once - was restored in a day. Go Buildstore!

GBNo customer support what so ever can… No customer support what so ever can not even get a response e out of them , bought a subscription for 1 month and it would not work , 48 hours later and I’m still waiting for a response. Stay clear. Will update this if I ever hear back from them

RUI’ve been with Buildstore since 2018 I’ve been with Buildstore since 2018, and it sure had bad times, very bad times. But since October 2020 or so, everything works fine. I had to unfollow their Twitter because they post all the app updates there (and it is a lot), but except for this, I am happy with the store. My subscription runs out in the summer, and I plan to re-subscribe.

GBThey are a scam They are a scam, they just keep you at validating device. You never actually get to use any of the apps or anything.
