ITAccount was never activated and refund… Account was never activated and refund request ignored. It’s been a week I’m trying to get an answer from customer service.

USWorst customer support ever Worst. Customer. Support. Ever. They say stuff like “thanks for the patience” and “don’t panic if it takes a while for support to contact you” because the support is TERRIBLE and unbelievable unresponsive. You’d be better off just cancelling your service when an issue arises rather than asking support. Want a single email without any really help once every 24-48 hours? Then you’ve come to the right place. Just horrible service.
