GenF20 I've been using this product for about 5 years now. I originally got it because I was having trouble with my knees - pain and increasing weakness. Not all bodies are the same. I want to give an honest review and, truthfully, I’ve lost a little weight but that’s the only thing noticeable. I may recover a little quicker after my workouts but no impressive gains that whey protein can’t do. Still got my wrinkles and my skin is the same. Sex drive is nothing extraordinarily noticeable than before. I’ve only been religiously taking this stuff for a little over a month.
