ZAIt's a scam It's a scam, their system doesn't work properly and they make you pay $100 talk time. Then when we cancelled 3 weeks later, told it's not refundable along with the month subscription we paid without being able to use the system - avoid!

PKThis app is still in beta mode and theā¦ This app is still in beta mode and the company doesn't say that while selling to clients. I'm paying more them hundreds of dollars every month and the tool randomly sends messages to my leads without permission. Support responds after 8-12 hours at times and still aren't able to resolve issues. The only good thing was their Sequences feature but if I pause a sequence and it will still continue sending messages without my permissions, I wouldn't want to use such a tool.

USDropped Calls, Buggy App, Crappy UI, Poor Service The title really says it all. Everything Aloware is plagued by non-stop error messages, dropped calls, poor call quality, and stupid stuff like the mute button somehow being initiated every 3-11 seconds. Certain incoming calls and SMS messages didn't trigger alerts resulting in our customers being upset and taking their business elsewhere. It also took more than four weeks to port our numbers from our previous carrier, during which time we were charged for the numbers we couldn't use. To top it off, customer service is exceedingly poor. It's easy to reach someone - and hard to reach anyone with the skills or authority to resolve issues.
