Great customer support! I really had no idea what to expect in terms of support from Yodata. I had a very poor experience with another vpn provider and could never get it to work. I finally gave up. I am VERY happy to say the support from Yodata is excellent. I was having a connection issue with my iPad and contacted them via email. I received a very quick response. It took some back and forth, but it now works great. I teach marketing and management and I can say this is the kind of patience and tenacity that keeps customers and secures new customers. BTW, almost no loss in speed and the price cannot be beat!

Parent Company in US. No logging is BS! Parent Company Fia Technologies is located in North Hollywood, CA. That "No logs" assertion can not be believed for the US users of this VPN.
