USSo I’ve been a customer for years and… So I’ve been a customer for years and all of a sudden the app wouldn’t update my current bank balance but Beem had no issues taking my monthly fee and a prior advance the same day. I contacted Beem CS and they advised me to delete and reinstall the app which I did, no luck. So I was advised to close the account which I did and reactivate. I tried to reactivate and it blocked me. Chat with CS again and they basically blamed it on there system takes into consideration a number of factors deciding to open an account. Not only is this the WORSE CS but the platform is very shady. I would steer clear of this company for they DO NOT help a good customer.

USThis app sucks as the Dallas Cowboys The app mysteriously stops working when you pay off your advance. P*ss poor customer service and they robbed me of $130.05 and the app crashed. I uninstalled it and what do you know? The app doesn't show up in my Google Play store. I have the most recent android version. This app blows "Richards"

USOnly wish I could give negative stars Only wish I could give negative stars. This company rebranded without my knowledge but continued to charge me for a $20 advance for 1 and a half YEARS! They refused to refund anything, and I'm a disabled woman living on social security. Stay FAR AWAY!!!!
