Got a reward with this company Got a reward with this company. Even though I CLEARLY selected I live in the UK, they gave me a card in USD which they cannot refund me for!! USD IS NOT THE ACCEPTED CURRENCY IN THE UK!!! It's deplorable, do not use this company. They will steal your money by forcing it into a currency not accepted in 99% of the world!

Good Product- NO support when things go wrong! We have used this service for the past three years without a glitch and loved how easy it was to use and cost effective. However we have had a problem with a $150.00 gift card that can't be redeemed through the vendor. Our request for support has been pending for over 45 days! Very poor support when things go wrong!

The issues aren't frequent, but if there are any, customer service is quick, responsive and helpful.
