No response to refund requests within trial period The product itself is fine (I guess), but not right for our project. I have attempted FOUR TIMES to get a refund - well within the fourteen-day trial period. Crickets. Crickets. Crickets. Crickets. Time to complain. I want my money back immediately.

If there was the option for a 6th star… If there was the option for a 6th star I would have added it. Support is amazing and best of all responsive which is quite rare these days.
