Surprising in every good way possible! I've been with CluckHost for a few months now as a customer, even as they were just getting set up. I must say, I've already had a FAR better experience with CluckHost than with any other server hosting I've used. Their hardware handled my Tekkit modpack server better after the first 2 months than the previous hosts were able just in the first 2 days. It's a VERY resource intensive modpack, and other hosts just didn't cut it. When we changed over to a Bedrock server world, the transition was beyond easy and the staff helped with everything I wasn't sure about. Customer service is VERY fast, reliable, and knowledgeable with what they do. And the best part, I'm paying significantly less than I did with previous hosts, and for better everything. Affordable, Fast, and Perfect Smoothest host experience I've had, and I've shopped around over the last ten years while playing Minecraft. I've not had a host-side lag issue, when I do encounter lag it is client-side, and part of Minecraft's inherent game bugs.
