The owners have really been a huge help from the beginning to get me set up with what I need for my gaming experience. I have used other server hosts in the past that were almost negligent in helping me to resolve any issues, but with CluckHost, I have gotten top of the line assistance with getting my own custom mod pack set up and running without delay or problems. The user interface is fairly simple to understand and navigate, which is a big plus for me!

Surprising in every good way possible! I've been with CluckHost for a few months now as a customer, even as they were just getting set up. I must say, I've already had a FAR better experience with CluckHost than with any other server hosting I've used. Their hardware handled my Tekkit modpack server better after the first 2 months than the previous hosts were able just in the first 2 days. It's a VERY resource intensive modpack, and other hosts just didn't cut it. When we changed over to a Bedrock server world, the transition was beyond easy and the staff helped with everything I wasn't sure about. Customer service is VERY fast, reliable, and knowledgeable with what they do. And the best part, I'm paying significantly less than I did with previous hosts, and for better everything. If you're looking for an amazing gaming server host without the hassle of being ghosted by customer service or constant downtimes, THIS is where you need to be! Over many years, I've found no one better!

Affordable, Fast, and Perfect Smoothest host experience I've had, and I've shopped around over the last ten years while playing Minecraft. I've not had a host-side lag issue, when I do encounter lag it is client-side, and part of Minecraft's inherent game bugs. I'm impressed at the affordability of such a smooth and fast server, no one comes close to this quality of service for this price.

Non-existent customer service Non-existent customer service. First issue had to do with being double billed. Then, most recently, my server went down. They ignored my service request to get my server back up. Then, their website's security certificate goes out. Canceled subscription through PayPal. Glad I went through them instead of giving this company my card information. Switched hosts, will not return to CluckHost.
