CWVista Social "Recently, I had an extremely disappointing experience with Vista Social concerning their pricing policy. Without any prior notice, they decided to double the monthly subscription fee from $25 to $50. When I expressed my concerns, the only solution offered was to pay an entire year upfront to keep the original rate. This approach to customer service and pricing not only lacks transparency but also disregards the value of maintaining trust and fairness in customer relationships. Such abrupt and significant price increases, especially without adequate communication, reflect poorly on Vista Social's commitment to their customers. This has severely impacted my view of the company, prompting me to cancel my subscription and advise potential customers to be wary of their business practices."
