SCAM??? Bogus company. Or is it just GRAHAM PARSONS? The national sales director for the company per his Linkedin. Perhaps he's the owner? Not sure but that's who the VA's direct you to and other sales folks. He's an outright liar. The top reviews you see on other sites - could those be VA's he hired? Just like the ones he sends you to when you have an issue and discover that what he sold you on isn't accurate? The absolute worst experience I have encountered with any company in my entire life. Nothing compares. Graham Parsons lied to me and didn't once have the decency to communicate about it or even try and correct it. Instead he hid behind his VA's that he kept referring me to even after they told me that Graham was the only person that could answer my questions. He then went back to his VA's and all of a sudden they had different answers and Graham disappeared. Wouldn't answer his phone. Wouldn't answer my questions. Wouldn't explain why they were marketing to properties currently on the market and why they were marketing to properties that just sold. Pathetic. After him hiding for months and discovering that he had lied to me and taken thousands of dollars from me I called him a coward because, once again, he wouldn't answer his phone. He then hid behind me calling him a coward as an excuse to not talk. It's so disgusting, this type of behavior. It's truly disgusting to me that there are people like this out there that flat out lie, take your money, and do nothing to address it. GRAHAM PARSONS - the national sales director for SmartZip per his Linkedin.

Some good data, not worth the hassle and effort Gave Propstream a try with my VA for about 4mo. We're looking for small MF properties and it just doesn't work for us. It does a good job of aggregating the public county records and the financing details, so that's been nice. However the negatives far outweigh any benefit we're getting from it. To start with we ran into an issue where the filtering is just bad. Again, we're looking for small MF (2-25 units) and even when I know the county GIS data provides decent breakdowns along those lines we can't get them to pop up the lists correctly. This is why I started in a county where I have the full GIS parcel data from the county and know it well, figured we could learn how to use it with data where we knew ahead of time what was there. Whatever, that's bad but no big deal. However, now we've entered some Circle of Hell where they block our account every few days because, and I can't make this up... "We notice you're not saving very many properties that come up in your searches and we wanted to make sure the filters are working properly and you don't have anything we can help you with..." Why yes, yes I do have something you can help me with. The filtering on data for these four counties is sh*$%... Now, every other day when my VA is locked out and can't work for an entire day I have to call into some special compliance department (who have been great for sure) tell them it's me again, please unlock my account... It's getting beyond old. I get it, they're worried we're scraping their data and not paying for "saving" the results. Cool, but I'm telling you your filters are crap and this is why we're doing it. Either give me a solution to my problem or stop blocking my team from working.

My account has been blocked My account has been blocked, yet I've been consistently charged for the past two months. Despite my daily calls to your customer service, I've received no response. It's important to note that deducting money from customers' accounts without their consent is not a commendable approach to running a business. One of your representatives assured me of a refund, only to see the next month's payment debited once again. I kindly request a refund for the two months' worth of charges, or else I will be compelled to file a formal complaint. It's crucial to maintain trust and integrity in your customer relationships and avoid resorting to deceptive tactics.

Post Cards Not Delivered and/or Damaged. No Help from Propstream. I purchased 2,268 post cards from propstream to be mailed out on February 2, 2023. I spent $1,020.60 on the postcards. My personal address was one of the addresses listed so I would know when they had been delivered. As of today, 02/24/23, I have not received a post card addressed to me in the mail. I did receive a call from someone who got one of the post cards but the card was damaged and my phone number was smeared out (I have a picture of the damaged post card). He said that he googled my name and return address and found my number that way. He told me “You need to have a long talk with the company that is printing these cards for you because it looks like the ink was wet when they started stacking them and the ink smeared”. I also received an undeliverable post card in the mail what was severely damaged as well (Number smeared out). So, what I know is that not all of the post cards were delivered (I did not receive the one I mailed myself) and at least some of them were severely damaged, rendering my phone number unreadable. I tried to contact the company several times asking for a refund, to credit my account or to at least give me 10-11 months of service (I pay $99/ month for their data service). I was very understanding and know that it is often easier for businesses to offer another product or service instead of refunding the money. I was willing to do that. I have spent hours on the phone on hold and speaking with a company representative but they will accept no responsibility. I did not get what I paid for and for a lot of the cards I did not get anything at all because a card was not delivered to my address at all. All you can ever ask of anyone is for them to do what they said they were going to do. In this circumstance, it seems like propstream feels like it is too much to ask for them to do what they said they were going to do. I paid over $1,020 and have nothing to show for it. Everyone makes mistakes and I don’t feel that, in most cases, it’s right to judge people by their mistakes. I do, however, judge people and companies and what they do to try to make their mistakes right, or not. Propstream has failed miserably and has , at best, been unwilling to correct their mistake and at worst, committed fraud and took my money without providing a service.

A must have for real estate investors! One of the most powerful tools in my rei toolbox! I have generated thousands of leads leading to hundreds of conversations and several deals in the course of a few short months using their software. Very comprehensive features built into the website. I will say, I wish their mls link was faster, although the properties I target don’t require that so much. Also, a lot of data was lost recently, such as pictures from the last mls listings. Those used to help a lot with assessing the current or estimated current condition. The mobile app is also simple to use yet powerful. Would highly recommend this website for any investor or wholesaler.
