GBVery rude new customer service Very rude new customer service. I called and waited to speak to customer specialist. He just provided me instructions and said I have to hang up. My issue was not resolved. I was getting an error and he didn't help to solve the issue and canceled the call. I would go and find other company.

GBIts a fraudulent company! Please do not share any bank details while on call, using Ring123. They will record these details( eg. credit card) and use them. I am a victim of this scam.

INCheap India calling card service I was looking for cheap calling cards to call India from San Jose, CA. I found Ring123 site while searching, I visited the site and purchased the India calling card. Calling card to call India was really great as they offered call just @ 1c/min only and sound quality was also fine. But they should hire more customer care executives and install more lines as I had to wait for approx 10 minutes to connect with customer care. Rest was ok.
