GBDisgusting fraud Well, after short vacation we discovered (near January 18th 2022) that this service does not work anymore. Website vanished!!!! We looked at reviews before signing up and just bought a box and a subscription 3 weeks ago for one year for 200+ dollars. This is disgusting fraud. Please, refund money to your customers. I also think if company would have a technical issues, they should respectfully have their website running with notification to their customers that they are working on fixing it. Site is gone as well as our money.

GBWhy their service stopped working without any warning ? Can someone tell me what happened to Russian TY Company ? I have been their customer for 2 years already, sometimes they had some technical issues and no more than a day or so but now their service is not working for over 4 days already. Their website is down, the phone is not responding, TV application stopped working and requesting to enter login info with password ( which has already been entered before and been working for 2 years ), we enter our password and it doesn't accept it :-( The box doesn't work as well, just grey screen :-(( We prepaid for their service for the year in August. What goes on, how can I reach them or maybe they are gone with our money ???

GBService of tv work terrible Service of tv work terrible. Waiting for 30 min. Been first for service after became 4th. Means wait for another hour. Tv does not work for 2 days.cant fix it at all. Only one phone to call. Service ignore you at all.
