In general this is a good service In general this is a good service, but there are some small issues with tv app (Fire TV in my case) and with feedback. App has small problems like missing button or repeating movie search crashes the app. And when these problems were fixed, I didn't receive information about it and I had to check myself if there was an update for the app. So feedback could be better.

Why their service stopped working without any warning ? Can someone tell me what happened to Russian TY Company ? I have been their customer for 2 years already, sometimes they had some technical issues and no more than a day or so but now their service is not working for over 4 days already. Their website is down, the phone is not responding, TV application stopped working and requesting to enter login info with password ( which has already been entered before and been working for 2 years ), we enter our password and it doesn't accept it :-( The box doesn't work as well, just grey screen :-(( We prepaid for their service for the year in August. What goes on, how can I reach them or maybe they are gone with our money ???
