GBEmail service failures for business… Email service failures for business related mailing lists; limited sending capability and whole lists of people not getting emails. Returned mails as "max defers". Legendary customer service is closed on Sundays? I can't even email support because my account is now frozen from "too many emails." Epik used to be that-- Epik. Something changed. Need to take business elsewhere for real reliability and support when needed.

GBThey answer their Support Phone Line! After getting fed up trying to get some account support on my old registrar, I decided to give Epik.com another try as my go-to domain parking-lot... I'm glad I did, and my Faith is restored (for now)... I had some questions and called before sign-up/ dom transfer, it was immediately picked up by someone that actually knows enough to answer my questions and not just read copy off their site. Refreshing. I'm impressed with the "new Epik" so far and hope I never have to transfer again or update this review:)

INabusive language used by epik.com staff name "Daniael" hi today i contacted epik.com via chat. staff name "Daniael" is used abusive language against me chat session such as "frustrated" After saying abusive language chat is disconnected by this staff. i sent email to epik llc. hope epik.com may take strict action against foolish staff. when i receive action taken report, i dont know. thanks I m not received any response from epik.com, what action is taken against such abuser. This abuser's intension to harass its own customer. His motive to demoralize customer for not complain to its illegal bussines activity against company and its staff. I m waiting from company replied what action is taken then update soon.
