GBI would have scored zero stars but alas… I would have scored zero stars but alas 1 star is as low as I can go. StreamGaGa basically doesn't work as advertised. I purchased this to download some cycling shows from ITV, but then discovered that the ITV downloads DO NOT WORK. I e-mailed StreamGaGa's (very limited) customer service, who replied to confirm that ITV downloads don't work. Yet, they are still advertising the software as working with ITV. So, they are guilty of false advertising and mis-selling. On top of all that, their customer service is APPALLING. A complete lack of interest, and no response to me requesting a refund. I am now getting a refund through other means instead. AVOID like the plague !!
