Sipping the special tea?? I used them for a couple years now and it is fine when it works. But when there are issues (and there will be), the customer support is non-existent. They only have a chat (no phone number) and are not interested in diving into the issue to help. All they kept doing was telling me to uninstall the app and when that didn't work they said to search through all my phone to find any files that may still be there and delete them. They must be sipping on too much magic mushroom tea up there in Washington b/c they just lost another customer. Be wise. Read the reviews all over the web and don't trust the stats they post on their site. Misleading at best, and unlawful at worst. Terrible company without a clue.

Silly price increase - lost my business I've been using triplog since 2015. It's an good system (although not always reliable with automatic logging) and in the past I have recommended it to colleagues. But you have just hiked the annual subscription from £25.60 to £45.89 and next year no discount so £50.99! Seems like you are not interested in supporting small businesses any more. It's just not worth that much money per year for the time it saves me in logging business miles. App was developed long ago so why the need for a massive price increase I cannot fathom. Downloaded all my historical data and will be closing my account. Now trying Everlance which seems to do the same for 30 trips per month for free. Alternatively back to a little black book like the old days - always worked fine.

Complete waste of time and money Been faithfully pressing the little button in my car to register trips as business or personal use and when I come to do my taxes it thinks that 99% of trips are business and I've done 4 personal use in the last year. Are they trying to get me done for tax fraud? The report was extremely difficult to make sense of and was all in dollars (obviously thinks Preston is in America). Don't buy.

Positively dangerous app in my opinion One star is too much Once downloaded the app requires set up. Once done I thought that was it. My car app (Tesla) required confirmation of a service. The app leads to the Tesla owners website, this is where the trouble starts it automatically diverts to the triplog website asking for the triplog app to be set up. No matter what I do triplog interferes not allowing my Samsung to go to the Tesla website. Triplog claim that I am the only person with the problem not if you check the forums. They do not tell you their app interferes with the normal running of your phone. Deleting and removing the app does not remove these insidious connections running in the background. I had to spend half a day backing up my phone clearing all the cached material and data before reloding my important apps to get my phone to work again. DO NOT LOAD THIS APP IT IS A NIGHTMARE
