CAScammers or amateurs, either way time wasters Haha, what a joke. I don't mind technical tests that cover problem solving or algorithms. I don't mind being validated on system design. I don't mind being tested on stuff that is actually relevant to my field as a software developer and that I'm supposed to be sharp on. But when a company's assessment consists in a series of these supposedly IQ-measuring multiple choices, you know you're dealing with either amateurs or scammers. Either way it's a waste of time. You're given 50 of these types of questions to answer in 15 minutes. That's 18 seconds per question, including reading what you're expected to do, analyzing some sequence, then selecting from a set of possible answer the correct or odd one out. Guess who's good at this type of tests? People who trained on this type of questions. Guess who train at this type of questions? Not programmers. Programmers train at being better programmers. Basically, the test sets you up to fail. Why would the network do this? Well, there are precedents. Previous companies that have done this was because either they did not have the jobs they advertised, or they wanted to hype their rejection numbers (to show clients that they have the famous magical 3% cream of the crops), or they're scamming their investors, showing activity, while underneath doing no work. I know where I'm leaning regarding Gigster.

PLHow about you guys stop polluting… How about you guys stop polluting search results on linkedin? Yes, your jobs are remote, I get it. Doesn't mean you can put 3 pages of the same job for every village. Get a grip.

GRPoor assessement, poor results Never trust a company that sends irrelevant assesment tests to web developers. Awful experience, no personalization in the process, I think they just want to scam both engineers + clients. Stay away

USStay away from this company Stay away from this company! Do not ever find Gigster to do your web development!! They are so incompetence and unable to finish a simple project. Then when they made some mistakes, they intent to charge you with more $$ to fix the bugs they did which is ridiculous!! The Product Manager sucks too, he promised everything when wanted to deal the business with you but unable to build a product at the end. The quality is poor because they simply outsourced to other freelancers, which is usually subpar and hard to communicate!!!
