GBCannot log on since yesterday Cannot log on since yesterday. Paid on the 10th of January (luckily) for only 30 days but still, have I lost 20 days worth of my money? No advance email notification that they are shutting down service...what the heck??!!! Pretty sorry in my opinion!

AUIt's a great app with a huge selection… It's a great app with a huge selection of national and local TV shows, sports and all types of movies from regional to Hollywood Blockbusters. The TV app isn't as good as the pc app, with at times buffering issues and I find myself resetting the TV app daily. The pc app is great. My connection is over 80mbps so I shouldn't be experiencing buffering issues. It also seems some channels are worse than others. I wish they would offer closed caption in German as this would help me expand my language skills. For $300 US (which they don't mention, so if your are not American brace yourself for the exchange) for the year on the premium package, it's a great deal for the year. $25US per month. I'll be subscribing soon.

GBDon't start subscription until service is fully back! I called the company, plugged my phone in, and just waited. After 25 minutes, someone picked up, but the gentleman's English was so bad that he neither understood what I was saying nor could express what the problem was or exactly when it was going to be fixed. Waste of time. I downloaded Play G TV from Google Playstore on my phone and am able to watch it, but I don't know what show is on because I can't get the program guide at all and can't go back in time, so what's the use. I wish the company would just say when or if the service is back on LIKE BEFORE or if it is NOT COMING BACK LIKE THAT, SO I CQN CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION.

GBBIG SCAM Looks like all of us have the same problem. I activated automated payment 2 days before they vanished. Does anybody know if they still charge? I contacted my bank of course, but the company charged with a check payment. Its totally strange.

DEGreat customer service I am German, but living in the states. For me it’s worth to pay the amount of the premium service. I love the time shift, to go back in time, or to choose from movies. Back in Germany I definitely paid more for TV without all those features. Issues that I addressed to the messenger, have always been answered patiently. There were sometimes a few technical issues, sometimes caused by myself or errors from the program, but they always have been solved.
