From sampling a large array of Feed Me Seymour food, I have found an easy stress free way of getting my lunch delivered everyday! Ordering a bowl, drink and snack via an app, that tells you not only what is in your food but also what your food is doing to your body! Keep up the good work guys.

I’ve never felt better I’ve never felt better! I now eat the healthiest meals during my work week, which takes the pressure off me trying to rectify my health over the weekend. The choice and provenance of meals and ingredients is so exciting, a foodies treasure trove. The fact that the app tracks, measures, schedules and creates a personalised nutrition plan takes all the guesswork out of eating for my best self. We started off with Seymour as an incentive to entice colleagues back into the office 2 days a week and it has had such an effect that we have increased to 4 days as it has such a draw. I would love home delivery, which will hopefully be part of their roadmap?
