There could be much improvement Good: Unique features Bad: -Why isn't it free? What a hassle for 5 bucks... -Missing features -Support is not that bad, at least we get an answer often within a day and anyway within a couple days, but the tone could improve. Not a good experience overall. -Registration is ridiculous. they ask for stuff like physical address and what not... what for? Country I would understand (for tax) but up to my street number?
