GBTypically dysfunctional parcel delivery… Typically dysfunctional parcel delivery service; how do they manage to 'lose' parcels? and when they do lose them, they have a great compensation claim setup designed to wear you down until you give up; and there's the intermingling of ebay's 'Packlink' service with inpost, all engineered to avoid accountability when their hit of miss system fails; I certainly would never use them again;

GBIf you want to know the truth about how … If you want to know the truth about how useless this company really is, don't take it from me, take it from the thousands of complaints from angry customers on the eBay forum which has been absolutely slating iPost parcels since 2012!!!!

GBDo not use the company! I have used this company twice. Both time because l had to use them, as the return company ask me to.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. both times they lost my parcels.. The first was two pairs of shoes at a cost of £156 and the second time a pair of shoes for £64. When l spoke to Ipost customer service for the second lost parcel. They said l didnt put it in the locker. When l explained the sales assistant at WH Smiths helped me. Ummm they backtracked on what they said.. Do not rely on this company to deliver your parcel!

ESItem was never delivered so presumably stolen! Item was never delivered. Another was sent with a different company and was delivered so address is correct. Please return ASAP. 5 or 6 emails sent which they didn't reply to
