GBCrooks Signed up for a "free trial" under the assumption that the QR code I created would be usable going forward. I had printed materials made and laminated using the single QR Code I created A few days after I shipped the materials to my customers, Beaconstac sent me an email saying "my QR Codes have expired" and "If you'd like your QR codes to continue working when they're scanned, please upgrade to a paid plan." Talk about a bait and switch! What a crock of bull💩 Now I'm faced with the lose-lose situation of continuing to do business with the CROOKS at Beacsonstac (for life with this particular campaign) or spending thousands to RE-PRINT my materials that should have never been messed up in the first place. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND Beaconstac to anyone and I only hope to prevent folks from using their service. This is not how you do business and Beaconstac needs to be more forthcoming about their "free trial" and the fact that codes will not work unless you pay them forever. I tried working with them directly to rectify the situation, but they were keen on not helping and screwing me over. We are a small business and things like this can make-or-break a limited budget to begin with. 🖕 Beaconstac There are other truly free options out there, and I would encourage everyone to look elsewhere
