Be careful what will happen to your investment They sold an expensive lifetime license saying "all pro future update" included." and then created a higher tier not to give updates to the buyer within a few months. Then act like that did not do anything wrong. What kind of company is that? And support is extremely slow.

I am absolutely disgusted with this… I am absolutely disgusted with this company. I paid the upgrade to help me get published last week, and didn't receive any help, I then get told it would be by end of Friday and hear nothing and still nothing. I have upgraded to get chat support and it is never online and upgraded to get email priority and they do not answer... No one answers and no one helps you even when you pay for an upgrade!

Absolutely atrocious Absolutely atrocious. They misrepresented the ease of using the product and their technical support is only available via email. Now they won't give me a refund even though it's only a few days since I bought the product and am completely unhappy with it. And, the product is through a reseller.
