Now they won't give me a refund even though it's only a few days since I bought the product and am completely unhappy with it. And, the product is through a reseller.

It's extremely slow and with the recent introduction of the premium plan and cheating every LTD user, they screwed us and also themselves. This is based for their business and I wish they make their app faster instead of coming with new plans and trying to hurt their early product adopters.

Also, it is not possible to do what they promise on their website. I realized after purchasing that creating a community app is impossible, there aren't enough tutorial videos or their live support doesn't work properly. Not recommended.

Be careful what will happen to your investment They sold an expensive lifetime license saying "all pro future update" included." and then created a higher tier not to give updates to the buyer within a few months. Then act like that did not do anything wrong. What kind of company is that? And support is extremely slow.
