Absolutely atrocious Absolutely atrocious. They misrepresented the ease of using the product and their technical support is only available via email. Now they won't give me a refund even though it's only a few days since I bought the product and am completely unhappy with it. And, the product is through a reseller.

Unethical move. Be careful what will happen to your investment They sold an expensive lifetime license saying "all pro future update" included." and then created a higher tier not to give updates to the buyer within a few months. Then act like that did not do anything wrong. What kind of company is that? And support is extremely slow.

The guys are just great, they did it even faster than promised, and even added new features that are not available anywhere else. I am happy, the customers are happy, and this is the most important thing.

We were unaware that it would only work with woocommerce table shipping which (we cannot use) until after we had paid. Now they are refusing to refund us for an app that is utterly useless to us.
