We struggled to get anywhere with another company (who wanted money upfront and provided no support). If things do not work, I suggest you pay monthly, so you can leave early. I appreciate there are many types of websites (some poorly built), so things might not work for some. For us, everything went pretty smoothly and AppMySite provided support with publishing.

Lots of opportunity to improve. There's lots I like this app. But the speed with which the team is working on integrating with emerging Wordpress plugins is somewhat disappointing.
