Now they won't give me a refund even though it's only a few days since I bought the product and am completely unhappy with it. And, the product is through a reseller.

They have apparently got a "No refund policy" so be careful everyone as once you have paid a very expensive fee and you find the site does not work as it's supposed to, you will not get your money back (£108) Proceed with caution, read all the reviews.

Be careful what will happen to your investment They sold an expensive lifetime license saying "all pro future update" included." and then created a higher tier not to give updates to the buyer within a few months. And she is defrauding people give her money and she's not in America she's in Somalia not American. She is a pride member as she mentions in a video with Ringo tv raw on YouTube I think she is ratchet really.

I paid the upgrade to help me get published last week, and didn't receive any help, I then get told it would be by end of Friday and hear nothing and still nothing. I have upgraded to get chat support and it is never online and upgraded to get email priority and they do not answer... No one answers and no one helps you even when you pay for an upgrade!
