Subscribed to coolcut for just one… Subscribed to coolcut for just one month. But without my concern they deducted on a second month from my bank account. Be careful. I have to change my debit card now

Refund My Money Pls refund my money..I didn’t accept any cookies and advertisement, didn’t subscribe any promotion but it directly took my money away without any prior notice from my bank..it totally a scam..so refund my money..it’s calculated in US DOLLAR but converted and taken in MYR RINGGIT

Easy to use I don't like bulky software and I also don't want to obtain a degree in physics in order to operate video editing software. I'm extremely happy with the simplicity of Coolcut and it's very easy to use. I can definitely recommend it if you don't want to spend a lot of time learning complex software.

Scam Cancelled subscription a week before the end date. A week later they charge me anyway even though my subscription showed up as cancelled. Wrote a complaint and had nothing back. Total scam.
