I contacted support which responded that more than one signer isn't included in a single-use plan. To support their assertion, they highlighted the following phrase in their product description: "Send 1 document for signature". I assume this was meant to read "Send document for 1 signature". I pointed this out and asked for a refund. Had this been an honest mistake, they'd have refunded and promptly edited their service description. Almost 3 weeks later and neither has happened. PDFLiner wasted hours of my time and in the end I needed to find another provider. Fraudulent and deceitful.

I FOUND THIS TO BE QUITE DECITFUL AS THIS FORM CAN ONLY BE OBTAINED INA PHSICAL FORM FROM THE DVSA. I FEEL THE COMPANY HAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF PEOP SUCHAS MYSELF NEEDING THE FORM TO BE AND FILLIONG IT IN. IF THEY HAD SAID THERE IS A CHARGE THEN I WOULD HAVE GONE TO ELSEWERE.
