KING OF JUNK FEES These thieves charge $2 to process each HOA payment. Unreal! None of the payment processors for my other properties charge this ridiculous junk fee. They charged this fee TWICE on the same day for payments of two items on my monthly statement.

Some Good, Some Bad We have a really good relationship with our training rep, but when we ask questions beyond her expertise, we wait longer than expected for a reply. When tech does reach out they are very helpful. The software itself is not our favorite. We upgraded from their 20 year old version and so we thought we'd transition task free and that simply isn't the case. Some of our data didn't transfer, some transferred incorrectly, some of the applications require more key strokes than the older version. The one thing that has been helpful is searching for info on the system, but the reality is, we don't have to utilize that function often. All in all, I think we'd have been better off starting fresh and not transferring since it hasn't saved us time and caused much stress.

I have been using TOPS for several… I have been using TOPS for several years and I feel that lately when they do upgrades; they have more issues than before. I do like the level of customer service for work tickets. I just hope they can address these small issues quickly.
