Take your money and run... that's the play. I bought a package deal with HelloScribe only to find out a few months later that they dishonored it and deleted my account after having collected my money. I learned immediately after that this had actually happened to hundreds of other people as well. HelloScribe is definitely not a trustworthy company, and I would strongly advise against signing up with them.

No Support. Paid for nothing. No Support. If you paid for month and you have no access, it's your problem. Wrote 4 Mails, ask in Social Media. No reaction.

Would not trust HelloScribe Would not trust HelloScribe. Bought a unlimited lifetime deal through AppSumo around March 2023... by April 2024 HelloScribe unilaterally changes deal and limits usage. Instead of unlimited HelloScribe now uses a token system. I wonder what other terms will not be honored. I would not recommend HelloScribe as they have proven to be untrustworthy.

Outdated GPT and broke promise Avoid the platform at all costs. They have broken their promise to lifetime AppSumo subscribers by bringing in monthly credit limits. The platform is a mess and uses outdated GPT. Do not waste your money. Lack of support. Not worth monthly subscription and there are much better AI platforms available.
