CANo sales, sent to collections when they didn't disable autorenew I didn't get any sales out of the contacts I got out of seamless. I used the contacts for cold email campaigns, and got 0 ROI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I got no help from customer success. They ultimately told me they would disable autorenewal on my account, and then didn't. Now the customer success team is going to send me to collections instead of addressing this.

USnot transparent about annual contract - wont let me cancel They gave me an amazing sales pitch convincing me that their service would transform my business and that they were giving me an unbelievable price. They were not transparent about the fact that I would be locked into an annual contract and would not be able to cancel. They've drained hundreds form my bank account and added no value to my business.

USLied to get me to demo. Presenter hung up on me. The opener Zack- convinced me to take a demo with a promise of every car dealer in USA and manager contact numbers. 1 min into the zoom demo the presenter let me know that i had to import my contacts (they don't provide). I explained why I'm now angry and he (click) killed the zoom. Terrible experience from opener's lie to presenter's handling of an aggrevated prospect.
