Excellent customer service Excellent customer service! Fast and friendly response!

Good Support and Highly Recommend Good support and responsive communication, highly pleased. Definitely Recommend.

Wasted money - better buy somewhere else I have bought a BackupBuddy licence from them. Later I found out, that the plugin only allows backups to cloud services once you have a proper licence code. WPspring doesn't supply this code. I wrote several emails to their support, asked for refund - no reaction. Better don't buy from them!
