Server response can be sluggish, but it could also be transitory, multi-factored and not just NuvaHost...not worth the time to investigate right now as long as it doesn't get worse.

GBDo not use Nuvahost! We have had them as a provider for over a year. The down time has been days at a time. Now it has been 3 days and when I opened a ticket all I get is a link to a backup file that does not even contain all my accounts. I have moved providers but I lost all my websites and emails!!

INVery bad speed Very bad speed. I bought one month plan just to test the speed before subscribing to the year plan. It was slow, and they were giving bad support with bad quality. I will never recommend this provider. So now I have migrated my sites to Hostitbro. They have very good technical support and are very affordable cost.

CASix months, three major problems, bye-bye This week has seen the third issue I've had with NuvaHost in the last six months. The first was a billing issue, where my credit card was wrongly billed for $3,600 US, and despite emails from the company promising that the billing would be refunded, this never happened. They said that there was some problem with their payment processor and they were not able to return the funds. I had to go through my credit card company in the end, and I did get the funds returned. The second occasion was an inability to access my cPanel dashboard in early January this year; Nuvahost's response was that the firewall was blocking all logins. And now I cannot access any pages on Nuvahost, including cPanel, emails and files and our website, or anything, and there is a large screen that appears telling me that dashboard access has been disabled! It certainly sounds like the company is having problems, and I would certainly recommend staying well away from them until any problems are fixed and there has been a decent length of time of good uninterrupted service - if that ever happens. I've lost all faith in this company. I'm looking for a different supplier,

AUNuvahost was hacked three month ago My website is hosted by Nuvahost, and they have not been contactable for the last three months since they advised that they were hacked. They did send me an email saying the service would be fixed, but that was more than one month ago. What is going on ? please advise. The website is still down
