GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer support (robotic, unhelpful). We ran into issues setting up and they kept sending us the same articles but never helped resolve the problem. Also when vetting the company to see if they were a fit for our needs, called and left 3 Vm messages over 5 days, but never got a callback. Unprofessional to say the least. Thumbs down.

My guess is, they disabled my free account to try and force me into their new subscription which all customers now have to pay for. GBHorrible customer service and support Horrible customer service and support. They advertise giving you a custom QR code and then request zero artwork and provide no proof. When you try to get changes made they ignore you. Been trying to get a hold of someone for weeks with no success. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!
