GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer support (robotic, unhelpful). We ran into issues setting up and they kept sending us the same articles but never helped resolve the problem. Also when vetting the company to see if they were a fit for our needs, called and left 3 Vm messages over 5 days, but never got a callback. Unprofessional to say the least. Thumbs down.

GBFlowcode is GREAT I've been using QR codes in my publications since 2014. The innovation from Flowcode is AMAZING and it seems to keep getting better. Their version of QR codes are great but they also give you customizable landing pages so if you're just starting out, you don't even need a website, domain, or host (Flowcode will give you all of those things). Making your QR codes dynamic (able to have their destination links changed) is great to be able to track and analyze any high-traffic codes. And now they have FLOWTAGS that add NFC capabilities? Amazing. I don't see any other companies innovating this quickly in this space so I expect Flowcode to be around for the long haul (and I plan to be there with them).

GBGreat support team A nasty person stole my nieces pictures and made a misleading account.. The support team dealt with the matter very promptly and deleted the user, have not used their services but they are getting a 5 star for the immediate response

GBAwful Awful. Signed a contract for 500 flowcodes and 500 stainless steel biz cards and now they are saying we have to pay an additional $1200 for the biz cards. They do not stand by their product or contract.

GBNEVER use Flowcode.....If i had zero. NEVER use Flowcode.....If i had zero.. they delete ur page, then speak of nonsense........no help from support.......theres way better out there.
