GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer support (robotic, unhelpful). We ran into issues setting up and they kept sending us the same articles but never helped resolve the problem. Also when vetting the company to see if they were a fit for our needs, called and left 3 Vm messages over 5 days, but never got a callback. Unprofessional to say the least. Thumbs down.

My guess is, they disabled my free account to try and force me into their new subscription which all customers now have to pay for. GBBare minimum features for hell of a… Bare minimum features for hell of a price. You get to choose your center design (stars, squares, circles), 1 custom color, and add text. But you can't edit the text color or logo. They provide these complex automatic generated designs, but don't allow you to create your own. They also want to charge you $40 to remove their logo, while offering only bare minimum design options. For $15 a month or over $100 annually, it's not even close to worth it. Clearly a company that was looking to make a quick buck without actually considering what their customers wanted.
