JoeLister doesn't work as advertised...at all. JoeLister doesn't work as advertised. We have been using them for about 6 months and initially it was decent, they have a problem with double selling. They claim you'll never double-sell again, but it has been happening to us weekly. We have FBA inventory that has been out of stock for weeks and their software doesn't update Ebay, so we get sales, then have to cancel the sale and make an Ebay customer mad. I have opened over a dozen different cases about this and they never fix the problem. Their customer service is poor and the product is poor. They certainly aren't interested in giving any kind of partial refund either as I've asked for it a number of times and they don't even reply. Don't waste your time or money.

Scammers I tried this back in January and came to the conclusion it was overpriced. So I emailed to cancel and a rep named Hailey gave the confirmation that she cancelled, not once but 3 times as I asked to make sure. Come to find out they charged me 3 times. They are now having to deal with my CC company. I wanted to give it another try, but after discovering their fraud, I stayed away.

Thanks to JoeLister I'm making 10 more sales a day I've made minimum 10 more sales / day after setting up my JoeLister account. Pretty surprised with this. Support seems to be out of my time zone. Eventhough my issued resolved in couple days max.

Was happy Not any longer... Have been using it successfully for FBM. Recently ran into an issue where the system is deleting my amazon inventory after any ebay sale. Contacted the Joe guys and I am being jerked around. The responses we are getting are so ridiculous that it is obvious they are not even trying...
