Scammers I tried this back in January and came to the conclusion it was overpriced. So I emailed to cancel and a rep named Hailey gave the confirmation that she cancelled, not once but 3 times as I asked to make sure. Come to find out they charged me 3 times. They are now having to deal with my CC company. I wanted to give it another try, but after discovering their fraud, I stayed away.

joelister was great a year ago but now… joelister was great a year ago but now i am getting several quantity errors causing missed sales on ebay . also, causing potential severe damage to my amazon account by overselling. I submitted a trouble ticket about one unit being over sold. now i look back and joelister has updated the quantity in amazon causing me to sell 3 more units that i do not have. what makes this worse is that i cannot talk to anyone via phoen and they do not respond to many of my trouble tickets. if they do respond it is well over 24 hours

Decent for FBA, bad for FBM and greatly overpriced If my sole need was FBA I'd give this program 4 stars. It syncs the inventory with Amazon, creates the ebay listing, and auto fulfills the ebay order from Amazon. Their pricing is far too high for such a simple system. Shopify auto fulfills MCF orders for free with their most basic plans. Inventory sync is nice but is a trivial amount of code. They deserve at least 3 stars as the MCF is convenient and the listing creation for ebay is smooth. Their website serves no value after initial setup. The lack of any type of pricing syncing, even with an adjustment formula, is also why I took out stars. (Again extremely trivial to implement) I took out more stars for their FBM features. For FBM Joelister is syncing inventory and creating the initial listing only. There's no reason to pay a high monthly fee for such trivial tasks. Their listing creation is convenient and a time saver but not worth the cost. Overall their priced too high and are seriously limited on features. When you look at what other SAAS offer for $30 to $500 you would expect Joelister to be at $30 or less. When I requested a custom pricing model for FBM I was told they were considering a new pricing model of only 15% of sales. Wow.

JoeLister doesn't work as advertised...at all. JoeLister doesn't work as advertised. We have been using them for about 6 months and initially it was decent, they have a problem with double selling. They claim you'll never double-sell again, but it has been happening to us weekly. We have FBA inventory that has been out of stock for weeks and their software doesn't update Ebay, so we get sales, then have to cancel the sale and make an Ebay customer mad. I have opened over a dozen different cases about this and they never fix the problem. Their customer service is poor and the product is poor. They certainly aren't interested in giving any kind of partial refund either as I've asked for it a number of times and they don't even reply. Don't waste your time or money.

Amazing App, great fast customer service I have been using joelister for about 10 months and I am super happy with it. You can synch your amazon inventory with ebay, and get it fulfilled automatically, with automatic tracking number updates. It has given me very few issues, its cheap and it has great customer service. I definently recommend this to anybody that is selling on amazon, as it will give you a small adicional sales at almost no effort. Typically for me it will give me an aditional 3/5% sales, but its with no effort, so its perfect.
