GBScammers I tried this back in January and came to the conclusion it was overpriced. So I emailed to cancel and a rep named Hailey gave the confirmation that she cancelled, not once but 3 times as I asked to make sure. Come to find out they charged me 3 times. They are now having to deal with my CC company. I wanted to give it another try, but after discovering their fraud, I stayed away.

ILReally disappointed with the service … Really disappointed with the service and functionality. It sounded great and I signed up for the professional package. I soon noticed that the system can't tell the difference between FBA inventory and Merchant Fulfilled inventory (MFN). So when something sells out of FBA and you manually switch it on AMZ to Merchant Fulfilled, the JoeLister panel can't tell the difference. You then get ebay orders you have to manually fulfill and normally at a loss. And then there is the SUPPORT. I have been writing back and forth to them about these and other issues. Nothing. Not a peep. No support whatsoever. Horrible service.

ESAmazing App, great fast customer service I have been using joelister for about 10 months and I am super happy with it. You can synch your amazon inventory with ebay, and get it fulfilled automatically, with automatic tracking number updates. It has given me very few issues, its cheap and it has great customer service. I definently recommend this to anybody that is selling on amazon, as it will give you a small adicional sales at almost no effort. Typically for me it will give me an aditional 3/5% sales, but its with no effort, so its perfect.

GBThe software does not work as described… The software does not work as described and prices from Amazon are not accurate or correct., They insisted that nobody else had these issues - but after reading other reviews I see that is not the case. They offered me 6 months free to try them again, with a promise to sort out the issues - both promises were ignored.The free 6 months was agreed in writing, but 2 months later they charged my card. I have cancelled again and they refuse to refund me in full. In my opinion - Terrible software and even worse support - avoid
