This is a scam! The website doesn't make it clear up front that the price is just a down payment and you will have to pay them way more money to complete the activation if and when they actually contact you back. I've tried contacting customer service and have revived no response. They don't offer refund under any circumstances. Wish I had researched them before I purchased anything from their website. I can't believe they are still in business.

Absolute Scam This website takes your credit card number so they can make fraudulent claims later. I have been scammed on a dating site and was asked to help them use this service. Once I realized this was a fake site, I called and cancelled my credit card and informed them that this company iunlockpro.com is a complete Nigerian scam. Once they have your credit card information, they are using it to buy goods.

100% Scam Absolute 100% SCAM. I am fuming that I let this happen. Same thing happened to me: $29.90 "Pre order", then they email you saying everything was negotiated and good and you have two options: First one will take 10-17 days and it's $9.99 for the actual unlock or you can do the express option that takes 3-7 days and it's $70. I picked the $10 one, and then a few days later they emailed saying unfortunately my unlock request was rejected. That's where I fought it a little. They said everything was negotiated and fine, how could it be rejected? He said "unfortunately, AT&T can only handle so many requests in their database and some are bound to be rejected.... I SHOULD'VE KNOWN THERE. How many requests doesnt matter to how much you're paying.... So now there's a "guaranteed" express option and it's another $70.. So i paid that. Did that April 13. emailed them on the 23rd saying this has been well over the guaranteed amount of time, and i demand a credit for the inconvenience. Heard nothing. Emailed them again a couple days later demanding to talk to a supervisor, nothing... Emailed on their main website to get a different rep, demanding a credit and a supervisor to respond to my emails, nothing. I'm disputing it with my bank now. People have nothing better to do than to steal from others. Make money the normal way and get a job. I can't believe people like this exist. It makes me sick. I can't believe I was stupid enough to fall for it. I knew it sounded a little off, but I don't know why I didn't stop it then.
