GBDamaged in shipping The jar lid was either not tightened or it came loose in shipping. The package arrived sopping wet with the liquid contents. I sent an email to the company but have not received a response.

GBConvenient awesome product The product and packaging was amazing. The package for delivery could have been a bit more secure. However, that could be the sorters mistake or due to rain day delivery. The ginger and ginger turmeric are both awesome products and I use them daily in tea or by the spoonful. Thank you for such an amazing, convenient gem of a product.
