GBbought a robe for family mamber who… bought a robe for family mamber who passed away before it arrived. Tried to return it, still in original package and was told that you didnt accept returns since your supplier wouldnt honor it. Now. What kind of crap is that?

GBI called into their hotline and did not… I called into their hotline and did not get an answer but I received a callback and an email not long after. The customer service rep who helped me was very nice and thorough.
