I went to have my hair colored this… I went to have my hair colored this morning and as she was doing my hair, she asked me what are you doing with your hair? That’s different I said nothing. I’m just using my shampoo and conditioner. She asked me what it was.Routine she said to me keep using the shampoo and conditioner because your hair looks 100 times better than the first time I came to see her so the product really works. It leaves my hair feeling fabulous and I don’t shed as much like a dog. 😂😂 it’s well worth a try. Who knows it may work for you like it does for me.

Nope My hair is shedding like crazy, even after I let the conditioner sit my hair still feels dry, hard, and stuck together. I have to use a leave in conditioner just to be able to comb it out. Definitely wouldn’t recommend on African American permed hair.

Covid Hair Loss, Routine Hair Growth After Covid 12/2022, I had post Covid dyspepsia/severe gastritis and was on 4x+ the prescription med for gastritis for a few months, then I was able to slowly wean myself off. This being said, I was extremely malnourished for months, which is why I had so much hair fall out and/or break off. I probably lost at least 1/2 of my hair or more. It was scary the amount of hair that was falling out in the shower and in my brush!! I had beautiful healthy hair prior to covid. As others, I saw the Routine add and reviews on social media and scrolled through reading a ton of comments before I took the risk to order. I noticed the very FIRST time I shampooed my hair that WAY less hair fell out! I wanted even less to fall out, so per the instructions Routine sent in the package, I stopped using the conditioner. There is hardly any hair loss from shampooing with Routine. My hairdresser noticed new hair growth right away!! Every time I go she notices more. Now, 7 months after beginning Routine I still cannot use ANY rinsing conditioner; I have tried off and on. I use a leave in conditioner only. My hair will fall out a little even with that, but I have to have something for detangling and conditioning. My hair is just now starting to look healthy again. It still has to grow from the strands that originally broke off after covid. Only time can fix that when those pieces grow long enough to be cut off, so it's a long process of years for that! Please excuse the long review, but I personally felt that due to the other bad reviews I should write in my personal experience. I just ordered again and ordered my 2nd bottle of oil, which I have not used since the beginning. My hair is looking good again and I wanted to give it just a little more boost of health. 11/2023

Horrible shampoo and conditioner Horrible shampoo . After using it 5 times , I started loosing hair so bad and my hair texture got dry. Since they had “ satisfaction guarantee “ , and basically that was why I purchased it without hesitation, I contacted them to send the product back and get my money . I even sent them pictures of my hair fallen on towel . But they didn’t accept return and said it’s over a month !!! How many times a person can wash hair in a month to see the result ???! They are scam. Don’t trust them !

I work in the industry and I tried this… I work in the industry and I tried this product due to all the positive reviews. After 2 weeks I lost more hair than I ever have in my life and it's all dried out and brittle. Previously I used nioxin for years to maintain the hair I had. I will be going back to that immediately. Unfortunately since I have slow growing hair it will take a while to get back to what it was :-(
