Their support team sucks, no reply from anyone when raised tickets. Even if this tool becomes free ever, I am not gonna use it.

Terrible support and buggy software I concur with the people leaving negative reviews. This software is full of bugs and their tech support is the WORST. They ignore your emails explaining the issue and you simply cannot use the software. They claimed my support ticket went to spam which is why they took 3 weeks to respond. Of course, the response was just an acklowdgement of the problem but they never responded again and didn't fix it. Don't sell a product if you can provide support. They claim they will get back to you within "24 business hours." What a joke.
