Customer support ghosted me for 4+ days Customer support ghosted me for 4+ business days. No way to cancel online. Had to file dispute with credit card. Email data is not accurate, had to do lots of manual work to validate it. Don't waste your time with them.

Bad experience Bad experience. They don't have video tutorial to show how their software works. The tutorial is through text and images where you don't see much. I find the software hard to navigate and don't understand how it works. You can't cancel your trial on your own, you need to chat with support to ask to cancel and the support is not replying. I'm out.

Bad Support Try Emailing them Before you Buy they dont Reply signed up for the trial and cancelled after 3 days and they did cancel the trial and they charged my card! tried contacting support and no response my suggestion is to try emailing them before buying and see they don't respond - ended up lodging a complaint. with my credit card company to get the money back
