If you use WordAi to rewrite less than 10 articles and find that it isn't the solution for you, just contact us and we'll give you a hassle-free refund with no questions asked!", and guess what, after writing to the help center I had only 1 auto answer saying "This ticket was created on your behalf." It was the only answer from them. Edited: Sometime later I finally got an answer and looks like I'll have my refund. Actually, I don't think that service is bad since it does its job quite well, but the help center is garbage. Just a small note: I used PayPal so it had the role of the agent in this case.

I was planning to receive this commission on June 30th but it is now July 4th and I have not received it yet.
