It was the only answer from them. Edited: Sometime later I finally got an answer and looks like I'll have my refund. Actually, I don't think that service is bad since it does its job quite well, but the help center is garbage. Just a small note: I used PayPal so it had the role of the agent in this case.

I was on the free trial, which account I opened on 22 November 2023. So, tomorrow should be the last day of the free trial.

Jugglery. I joined the affiliate program and my commission is still unpaid while the commission has been net paid for 30 days and my total commission for the month is over $100.
