CAVery unresponsive support which when… Very unresponsive support which when finally they respond, continues to be plagued by more delays and questions that are not pertinent to the your issues. Firstly, there is a major time zone issue, then the responses are days between weak support attempts. So far, this round has exceeded a week. I had to move the course into another website to edit, and I'm still getting errors and Learndash loses its mind into 404 errors. It's a massive timewaster and super frustrating, without any signs of progress to solve the issues at hand. You are basically left to die out in the wasteland.

GBOf my experiences with support Of my experiences with support, they have been somewhat quick to respond and most importantly patient with my issues which were really just tech questions on features. My first issue was resolved quickly. I was very specific with my question. My next issue was a question about a new tech feature. However, my question was not as detailed, so it took two emails to confirm the answer to my question.

GBI have had a really good experience… I have had a really good experience using LearnDash with Elementor, WooCommerce and WordPress to create a system capable of selling access to sustainability training resources. I haven't had to write a single line of code. Support has been good.
