slow response, moved on to other company to unlock The site looked good and trustable and I've read some good things about them however their software failed to unlock my Samsung and due to slow response on support I moved on to other company that unlocked my phone

USB software did not unlock phone. I bought a software download,to unlock phone via usb,did not work on my lte i9305 on ee.Took 3 days to answer my email,no phone line to call,bit dodgy,but got refund in the end.Definitely a company to think twice about ordering from.

No code No nothing Only thing they did was spend my money. Would avoid them at all cost!!!! Even if they cant help you they dont mind taking 15% of the refund, cause they dont want to eat transaction fee's, you should eat those fee's for being so stupid to give these rats any money.
