Slickdeals cashback is a total scam Slickdeals cashback is a total scam. They will deny cashback if you yse credit card that gives you some kind of rewards - which is almost every credit card nowadays. Website is promoting paid deals for the last 10 years and it is not what it used to be. To clarify on SD reply: I did not use another cashback app and the link was from SlickDeals - valid. SD denied the cashback because I used credit card for payment (MasterCard)

I love the site I love the site - been using it for a few years, now. Just watch, it can get addictive. While tech/electronics and tool related deals are some of the most common deals, there are also deals in kitchen/garden/auto/pet etc, etc. You'll sometimes find discount codes on deals that you may not find anywhere else. So, it's definitely worth not only visiting the site using your browser - but get the app, as well. It makes deal monitoring much quicker and easier - just be careful, as it can get addictive... at least that's what I've heard. ;)

Slickdeals posts are no longer slick deals. Slickdeals was bought out by Goldman Sachs in June 2018, and it's been barely worth visiting since then. Most posts now are either made by Slickdeals employees, or else by members that get paid in one way or another, and only for stores that pay Slickdeals a cut (mainly Amazon), so posts to "hot deal" are rarely hot deals anymore.

Banned with no activity or info. Like others have said, I had an old account that I used very occasionally. Then logged in and got a notice that I was banned. No evidence that my account had been hacked or anything else. No recent posts or activity. Just, a ban with no information or response from the site admins as to why. Not a big deal, just strange, and perhaps representative of the site’s professionalism.

So unprofessional! Like so many others posting here, I've been a SD member for over 15 years, posting very rarely, mostly checking stuff out and trying to be helpful to others....then suddenly out of the blue, they banned my account. No explanations, no warning, nothing...and I haven't posted anything for weeks. Emailed asking why they did this, but looks like they aren't going to bother to reply Well Screw them
