GBCustomer support is just really bad Customer support is just really bad, they don't seem to have any systems to ensure they respond to their clients. No communication. No ticket system and emails just go unanswered.

GBIf you are looking to work for this… If you are looking to work for this company and you worked for a competitor of theirs. DONT. They will ask you how your other company did things and if you don’t give valuable information they will never teach you anything about their systems. Therefore you inevitably fail in the position. Management will micromanage you and give you tasks with little to no resources. Make sure you account for all of your emails and work habits because they will find cases where you are lacking and belittle you about your experience. I am not a disgruntled employee. It’s just how it was. The services are amazing and they clearly know a lot about SEO. I am just writing this for future employees. Manick and Arman are not good people and they do business very cut throat.
